Okay here is some progress report on my situation, in case this can help anyone: I called them and stayed on hold for half an hour, talked to customer service. The guy was very nice and said that he will email me the return authorization number and that I can return everything paying only for the non-refundable shipping fee. I recorded the conversation on my phone as evidence in case they decide to screw me. I also have a lawyer looking into the matter (and the company) in case I want to sue them later. I will update the information as I get it so as to help everyone who has been screwed by BroadwayPhoto.
