I talked to Broadway yesterday. They told me many lies and when they were all done quoted me a price $20 higher than on the e-mail confirmation. The charge was for insurance even though they said shipping and handling was included. Their internet ad stated battery and charger included but when I called to confirm the order they were not included nor was the one year warranty they quoted. STAY AWAY
