Trip to Assateague Island

Where the wild horses run

Some friends and I went camping on Assateague Island on Maryland's eastern shore this weekend. I shot a bunch with my Nikon Coolpix 885 then fired off a roll of Velvia 50 at today's sunrise which I should have back later this week.

1.) A bird we found on the beach, it seemed sick but eventually flew off.

2.) An "Extreme Close-Up!" off one of the island's wild horses.

3.) Another pony shot.

4.) A park ranger rounding some horses up toward the beach.
