Wow! What's that in the middle? (Just curious.)

Now, what a dramatic, ethereal moment in time! My only gripe is the horizon being in the center...static in a way. This shot has so much potential for me...OH how I love B/W skies! (I can't find any good ones when I'm ready.)

It seems a little "grainy" for 100 but I haven't experimented much with the TMAX films other than the Tri-X replacement....ARGH!

Hope that helps...if not, well just my 2cents!

    Thanks...yes it helps a lot!!

In the center you see the remains of a tall sea wall pole, notice the wall from the left to the right..i tried to color over it in PS but just could not get it all.

What a day, the rain came in and i was there with my two oldest sons and we could not believe the sky.

    Thanks again

Yeah, what she said! If the horizon was at the bottom 1/3 I think it would be more dynamic. I also noticed the grain - I posted something about this in the "Help" forum, take a look but I was using Tmax 400 in the same developer.

Great sky though - I'm getting a little tired of the flat, high overcast that we have here almost all winter long...

I like the grain, I think it sort of adds to the overall good "look" of it. Those are some crazy clouds. And you are right, all SC got was rain last summer, I dont live by the beach, but upstate still got tons of rain.

A good weather photograph with potential.
The problem here is not liking or disliking grain.
Using T-MAX100 film you should have no where near this level of grain in your photographs.
This indicates a problem with processing; wrong temperture, old developer, to much time in the developer???
    Wrong ISO
Lots of Cropping-Very large blowup!!! etc.
