    Photographyreview: The People

    Hello Viewfinderites!

It's been a long time since we've had a "getting to know you" thread up here. In the interest of exploring the diversity of our members and putting a face to a name here's a current "who's who" thread for your looking and reading enjoyment!

    An example:

    Name:
    Walter "Rick" Long

Meaning of handle (if it's not obvious):
a chick friend in college took to calling me "Walterick" I kinda liked it so I brought it back later

Dorky PR club I belong to (if any):
    Nikon Samurai #4 baby!

    Location:
Oakton, VA about 20 miles west of Washington, DC - moving to Phoenix this summer!

    Born:
Fairfax, VA, about a mile down the road from here

    Other places I've lived:
San Francisco, California and the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia

    Like to Retire:
San Diego, South America, or anywhere the weather's warm and the pictures are pretty

    Ethnicity:
white as white can be! Roots in Germany/Poland and Britain

    Marriage/Family:
    nope and nope

    Languages I speak:
    English and a little Spanish

    Education:
BS, Psychology; MA Culture and Spirituality; HMT (Holistic Massage Therapist), currently working on MA in Counseling

    Occupation:
    Carpenter/Remodeler

Religious affiliation (if any): not really affiliated with any one religion. But I like Spiritualism, Hinduism, and Buddhism

Political affiliation (if any): to borrow a phrase from a poster on Craigslist I'm a "little left of a bed-wetting liberal"

Other hobbies: Woodworking, hiking, camping, astronomy, guitar, school (learning), ballroom dance, and... getting into the stock market recently

How long I have been a photographer:
    5 years

    First "real" camera:
    Minolta X-700

    How I found Photographyreview.com:
I was searching for reviews of the Nikon 8008s ans this site popped up. Once I found the Viewfinder I was hooked!

Date I joined PR (sometimes people's listed join date is innacurate):
    January of 2001

    Favorite forum:
    Viewfinder

San Francisco, Colorado, New York x2

    Favorite subjects:
    Landscape/People/Wildlife/Macro/Astrophotography

    Digital:
    Nikon Coolpix point and shoot
    Lexar 256

    Camera I use the most:
    Coolpix

Why I prefer film or digital:
I prefer the look of film to digital but I prefer the convenience of digital to film

    What I like about Photographyreview.com:
The people! We are the coolest bunch on the web! I like the tone and the atmosphere of the place. We are helpful and fun, without being pandering or overly critical. I have met Photo-John and several of the PR members and I like who they are as people. I look forward to meeting many more!

What I am trying to accomplish with my photography:
What I am ultimately trying to do is bring out of the incredibleness of nature and show people "Look! This is what you can go find!" I want people to return to nature and find the real beauty there. But I also take snapshots because I am bored of course and like everyone else here I am also the "dedicated photographer" at family gatherings.

A few of my favorite pictures:
School bus taken with Sigma 24mm 2.8 on Velvia 50

Stars at Arches taken with Sigma 24mm on Reala

United States flag taken on Sept 11, 2002 with 35-135 zoom on Velvia 50

And last, a picture of me.

    Thanks for joining!

    Re: Photographyreview: The People

    Okay I'm game...

    Name: John

The nick: almo, everybody thinks it is my real name, but in truth I took it off the back of a Lazlo Bane cd.

Main interests: Ummmm...Photography of course, but equally I am into herptiles (read as amphibians and reptiles). Pythons and boas are my main passion in that catagory. I'm also an advid nature nut. I love birds, though not as pets. Come on you gotta have something you like to see wild and free! I'm also into computers, reading, music, and *looks at the celing* mountian biking...

Mian photo equipment: Canon EOS D30, Canon EF 28-80mm, Quantaray 70-300mm lenses. Sunpak flash, Sunpack QSX3200 Lightwieght tripod, and a nameless monopod.

Mian Film equipment: Pentax ME Super, cpc auto 28mm, SMC Pentax-M 50mm, SMC Pentax-F 35-70mm macro zoom, Beck 135mm lenses. Star-D Auto 2x teleconverter, Now don't laugh.... Sears auto thyristor swivel head flash.

My main photo intrest is in documenting the natural world around me. I live in a great place for this pursuit. Equally I love to document the city I live in, Jacksonville Florida, its people, and landscape. I also like to play with digital effects in Photoshop, and abstractions.

At this time I have no occupation, but that doesn't mean that i don't keep myself occupied. I am a volunteer with a local nature center, where I get to play with the animals and comune with nature all day long....

I am also the gallery Moderator, and [url="http:/forums.photographyreview.com/forumdisplay.php?f=27"]Digital Cameras-General[url] Co-Moderator for this here neat lil' website.

Lets see here, I am American by birth, Southern by the grace of God. I have a formal education from the school of hard knocks, and a P.H.D. in getting my ass kicked. I'm 25, but due to a strange imbalance of juices in my brain I have the the mental maturity of a middle aged adult, and the attention span of a fly. Lucky for me I am on a new medication for the attention span thing, but I am just doomed to be hoplessly boring.

I love this website, and I have an odd tendency to cut myself. Not because I want to of course, it just seems to happen alot.

    Well there it is,

    almo

    Name's Mark
age 21 in University studying Biology in the faculty of science at UBC
I have one camera - my precious Leica M4
With that I have one lens - my precious 35mm f/2 summicron ASPH
My 50 summilux f1.4 got stolen - waiting for the insurance claim
I only shoot at these 2 focal lengths in 35mm. I wish to expand to medium format and acquire a 80mm (50mm equivalent) and 150mm (90mm equivalent). Then I'm complete. I'm not really a big fan of super telephoto cuz I dont like photographing sports (makes my head spin watching sports through a camera) and definately not wildlife. Plus super telephoto shots of people are not very interesting.

Other interest also includes my audio collection. single ended triode tube amp, directly heated triodes 8WPC stereo. Spins vinyl from classical to rock and plays CDs as well. Built the amp myself and am very proud of it. BTW, to those of you who look down on 8WPC saying that its not enough power...I assure everyone that 8WPC is enough power for any efficient or ultra efficient speaker!

    Education:
really, is anyone ever done learning?

    Occupation:
    Whatever needs to be done.....

Religious affiliation (if any): firm believer in the "what goes around comes around" theory.

Political affiliation (if any): I"m with the "dress 'em up like clowns" plan..... I guess fairly liberal, all things considered.

Other hobbies: hmmm...a little bit of this and that. Right now, most of our spare time goes toward things we can do as a family.

How long I have been a photographer:
Depends, do you mean how long have I had a camera? Or how long I've gotten halfway decent results?

    First "real" camera:
    rebel 2k

    How I found Photographyreview.com:
    yahoo search, I think

Date I joined PR (sometimes people's listed join date is innacurate):
Joined in 2001, just had my second baby.

    Favorite forum:
    Viewfinder

    Photogatherings I have attended:
    Chicago twice

    Favorite subjects:
children...mine or someone else's....doesn't really matter.

    Current Gear:
    20d
    10d
    rebel 2k

50 mm f/1.8 (which is what I use 90% of the time)
    70-200 mm f/4
    28-80mm f/3.5-5.6

    Camera I use the most:
    20d

Why I prefer film or digital:
There is nowhere near me that develops, so digital it is. Plus I think that I've gotten much better since I went digital, not afraid to shoot more, and I can see what works and what doesn't right away. But when I have more time and space, I'm going to try processing my own b&w.

    What I like about Photographyreview.com:
Variety of interest/ages/stages/goals. Everyone isn't trying to do the same thing. And everyone (okay, those I've met) have been just as nice in person as they are online.

What I am trying to accomplish with my photography:
When everyone else whips out the photos of thier kids, I want mine to be the best It helps of course, that my kids are so good looking...
Seriously, time goes by so quickly. When I am old, I want to be able to look back at photos I've taken over the years, and remember the moment, not the outfit. And I'd like the girls to be able to do the same.

    Marriage/Family:

    Occupation:
Sales Analyst and full-time student. Until I snap.

Religious affiliation (if any): None of the above. I believe there is a force, but I do not pretend to know whether it resides beyond the clouds on buried deep within one's own subconsciece.

Political affiliation (if any): Southern Democrat. Damnit.

Other hobbies: Hobbies? You read the "occupation" line, right?

How long I have been a photographer:
Since I was 10 or so, I was going out to actively seem photos with my little point and shoot.

    First "real" camera:
The little point and shoot I could kick myself for throwing out when the film guide teeth wore out. Then The Pentax K-1000 with 50/2.0

    How I found Photographyreview.com:
    Lord knows.

Date I joined PR (sometimes people's listed join date is innacurate):
    See above.

    Favorite forum:
    Viewfinder, Help files, Digital SLRs

    Photogatherings I have attended:
    None of the above

    Favorite subjects:
Cows, Landscape, Nature. Would like to get into still lifes, but need more space.

    Current Gear:
    Camera Family Portrait
    Recent additions:
Polariod Land Cameras, 150 and J66
    Two Brownies
Bentley fixed focus and very Holga-like in design
    Chinon something-or-other

    Most used:
Pentax *istDS and K-1000, though I like having the old 50/2.0 off of the K-1000 on both of them so much, I may have to pick up a spare. Ilford Delta 100 has become my standard film, since the DS can take care of quick shots and low light shots now. The Bentley has probably taken more photos in the last week than the others, loaded with Ilford HP5 (400) because it stays in my car.

Why I prefer film or digital:
I love my Pentax *istDS, shoot more than I have it, and am improving dramatically because of it, but the tonal range, the quirks, the smell of developer that you get with film isn't there in any entry level DSLR I have seen. Also, I have begun a somewhat neglected love affair with medium format and am DYING to throw some 4x5 in the Polaroid Land Cameras once spring hits. I need more money or fewer formats!

    What I like about Photographyreview.com:
Definately the people, the attitude that there is no "best" anything (equipment, format, subject). No bickering about what's "professional."

What I am trying to accomplish with my photography:
When I was 14, I was living in a very well off, professional area and going to school with kids whose parents worked for the likes of AOL and the CIA. Growing up in Alabama, I had some trouble relating. They'd never even seen my word, much less knew what it was like. On a trip down to visit relatives, I had just begun photo class and put my first roll of TMAX through my new-to-me K-1000. I didn't know what "street photography" was, but I knew that there was quite the little buzz when I started printing up my photos and, grudgingly, allowing them to be displayed. I also knew that just for a brief second, they understood. I want them all to understand.

A few of my favorite pictures:

    Re: Photographyreview: The People

Wow, and I've actually met two of the photographers here... Rick & Nat! I am inspired, so here goes...

    Name: Stewart Williams

Location: Boston, MA ... soon to be San Jose, CA hopefully! Wheeewww! Can't wait.

    Born: Stanford, CA

Places lived: all over the US - Cali, Virginia (Blacksburg & where Cornwallis surrendered), Long Island, Michigan, Illinois, North Carolina, Mass.

Love to retire: anywhere that is sunny & warm, lots of alchohol & some weed, with a sexy woman I love, a good gym, beach, waves, camera, ... basically, I haven't decided the location yet but I know some of what i want ;).

Ethnicity: white white white (half french, half welch)

Languages: native english with a weird mix of accents, some spanish (e.g., "quiero llevarte a mi cama" courtesy of my mexican amigovia), even less french

    Education : PhD Electrical Engineering

Occupation: Engineer (surprised?) at a software company

    Religion: agnostic but spiritual

Politics: generally more liberal than conservative...

How long a photographer: 1 year, 1 month, 25 days

    Camera: Canon Digital Rebel

    Other hobbies: audiophile, athletics, reading....

Photogatherings: Mini Boston with Rick, Steve, Nat, etc... Great day!

Photography Manifesto: Fill the artistic void left when I chose to study engineering instead of music. Right now, I'm still working to understand all the wonderful aspects of photography including how it affects me and what I'm trying to say.

Here's some of my pics. Great thread, Rick!

    Location:
    Jefferson, Wisconsin, USA

    Born:
    Fort Atkinson, WI

    Other places I've lived:
Great Lakes, Bay area, Idaho Falls ID, Groton CT, Saratoga Springs NY

    Like to Retire:
Ya damn right! I'm calling it quits in about 7 weeks. Then live somewhere warm (probably AZ) in the winters and move around some in the summers once the house sells.

    Ethnicity:
    German immigrants great grandparents

    Marriage/Family:
Use ta been/ 4 grown kids

    Languages I speak:
    English, Basic, dBase III, vBasic

    Education:

Religious affiliation (if any): Used ta been

    Political affiliation (if any): Federalist

Other hobbies: Rockhounding, art, motorcycling (not really a hobby- just how I get around)

How long I have been a photographer:
    25 years

    First "real" camera:
    K1000

    How I found Photographyreview.com:
    probably searching for digital info

Date I joined PR (sometimes people's listed join date is innacurate):
    Sometime in 2000 I think

    Favorite forum:
    Critique, Viewfinder

    Photogatherings I have attended:
    Chicago

    Favorite subjects:
    Patterns, Abstracts, Landscapes

    Current Gear:
    Panasonic FZ20
    HP dv1010 w/PS cs
That old K1000 is still kickin' around but I'm not sure where to buy film anymore.

    Camera I use the most:
    FZ20

Why I prefer film or digital:
Much more personal control with digital but I'm frustrated by limited latitude and the noisiness of my current camera.

    What I like about Photographyreview.com:
PJ has somehow managed to get this to hang together as a community that has grown to be more like family than just an on line forum in many ways.

What I am trying to accomplish with my photography:
I guess I want to try and capture what makes some scene interesting to me. I want to show what is there. People who see my stuff are often surprised to find out that they are pictures of things they see all the time but have never really noticed. I try to convince myself that I am capturing the essence of the subject -its Gestalt sort of.

    Talking I'll play along...

    Brian Schiele

"mtbbrian" I first started using it on MTBR, so I moved it here.
    MTB= Mountain Bike, Brian..

    I am Nikon Samuari #2!

I am in Salt Lake City, Utah

Born, Yes I was. And very much alive!

Utah is the only place I have lived, but have traveled some...

Married, YES!! Happily. Gene/Penny have great advice on that! ;)

I'd just love to retire NOW!

English is spoken here.. Some Spanish, some. Does HTML count?

    Education: BA Communication and Photography

    I work in Human Resources

    Religion: No, Spiritual, Yes

    Politics, I vote..

Other Hobbies: Mountain biking, beer, the blues and trying stained glass..

I have been doing photography for almost 20 years now! WOW!!

    First "real camera" Minolta X-570

Have I attended any PR.com gatherings? NO!! But I want to! Anyone want to do a SLC one? Anyone?

I have met four PR.com members, Photo-John, SCOOTERSLC, racingpinerello, and kafin8ed. I would LOVE to meet more at a gathering, in say SLC! I have corresponded with several others though...

I found PR.com through "webcrawler", remember that one?

My profile says I joined in 2002, but I think it was more like 2001 or 2000...

Fav Forum: Critique Forum.. What else do you think I'd say... ;-) Actually, I check out as many of them as I can...

Fav subject matter: Mountain Biking, My "Lovely and Talanted Wife", Things that seem ordinary or mundane with my Holga, in an attempt to make them look not so ordinary or mundane.

Current Gear: Nikon Baby! F100, and Three Holgas.

Film is it. Photography is a photo/mechanical process, not a photo/digital one..
Besides, film is more intimate and personal than looking at images on a computer screen...

What I like most about PR.com: The people! You All Rock!
Even if no one wants to come to SLC for a gathering...

What I want to accomplish with my photograph? LOT'S!
I have already accomplished so much already. I want to be exhibited more. I want to keep "seeing" and thinking photographically. Keep Shooting. Attend a workshop or two.

Some of my friends at our friend's wedding..

    A recent mtb photograph...

    Re: Photographyreview: The People

Ok I'll play the game, allthough I think most of the regulars are pretty familiar with me since I usely share a lot about my family and our activities.

My name is Larry one that was very common back in the dark ages when I first came on the scene.

The handle Old Timer is pretty obvious if you take a look at my profile picture. I've been around for a while.

I'm Nikon Samuari #13, because 13 has been my number since little league back in the 50's and I just can't give it up.

I was born and raised in the great Commonwealth of Kentucky and still live in a small town (pop 3000) in the northeastern part of the state.

I have been married for 33 years to my beautiful wife Joy and we have four children three of them married and will be grandparents for the first time this May.

Even thought the time is getting ripe I have no plans to retire and don't really think I ever will.

I'm afraid my only language is Redneck with a slight accent.

I have a BA degree in Radio and TV and a teaching major in History but never entered the class room as a teacher much to the delight of thousands how could have been in one of my classes. My wife is a life long educator with a string of letters after her name.

I am currently and insurance agent, but owned and operated an auto parts store for 28 years.

I attend church regularly and feel my life is better for it.

You are eligible to vote at 18 in KY and I have never missed that opportunity. I hve been in politics and served in city government for 10 years, six of those as the major of my hometown.

Photography has been my main hobby for many years but I also enjoy fishing, camping, woodworking, cooking and I read a lot for some one that had to be forced to picup a book in high school.

I got serious about photograph in 1968 when I got my first SLR and was employed as a staff photographer for my college yearbook. I guess that was about 37 years ago.

My first 35mm camera was a Petri range finder followed closely by a Pentax H1a and than the Nikon F.

I have not been able to attend any PR gatherings but hope to in future. I would very much like too meet face to face (or lense to lense) with some of those that I have gotten to know here on VF.

I stumbled across PR when doing a search for photo sites don't know what search engine I was using.

I started lurching here sometime in 2002 I think but didn't start psoting pictures untill I got a digital in April 2003. I still don't have a scanner, but would love to have one so I could share some the thousands of slides and prints that I have from the last 30 plus years.

I love Viewfinder because of the people. This is the most caring and giving group of people I have ever been associated with.

I enjoy all aspects of photography and can truely say I don't a favorite subject matter. Sports, macro, family and candid shots take up a large part of my portfolio.

I have been a Nikon shooter since 1972 and all you need to do is check out the Camera Family thread to get a peek at some of my equipment.

I love film and have several film cameras but the D70 has opened up a whole new love for photography with me. I have taken more images in the last year since I got the D70 than I did in the 5 years before.

I want to continue to grow as a photographer and the environment here at PR and on VF and the Critique Forum are the best place that I have found to do that. Thanks to all you guys that comment on images and give thoughtfull and insightful critiques.

    Other places I've lived:
Chandler, Arizona during my pilot training days
Lompoc, CA during my missile training days, and my missile launching days
Minot, North Dakota during my missile crew days, where I pulled 193 alerts UNDER North Dakota. Why not Minot? Freezin's the reason! And remember, it's true that "-40 degree's keeps out the riff raff." Actually, Minot was my favorite place to live.
Montgomery, Alabama while attending Squadron Officer School

    Like to Retire:
Newport, NC....there's no place like home
Would love to have a cottage in Myrtle Beach, SC

    Ethnicity:
Definitely of the caucasion persuasion. Dad's roots are German, Mom's are Scottish, with some American Indian mixed in.

    Marriage/Family:
Married and divorced (something I do not wish on anyone) and remarried to the love of my life! Five kids, one boy with four younger sisters. Praying for the day the last one moves out! ;-) Trying to enjoy them while they're home.

    Languages I speak:
English (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!)

    Education:
    BS in Industrial Technology
    MS in Administration

    Occupation:
Environmental Health Specialist (Offically called a Registered Sanitarian)
My job is to protect the environment - Scientifically
(I'd love for the Sierra Club, Earth First and others of their ilk to fall off the earth.)

    Religious affiliation (if any):
Independant Baptist (One of those of the Christian right that's ruining America, according to the mainstream media. Which also makes me fair game to be hated, despised, and castigated. But remember to be civil, open minded and accepting of the Islamic fundamendalists.)

    Political affiliation (if any):
Republican......a little right of Rush Linbaugh, a little left of G. Gordon Liddy :-O
I agree with a previous poster who suggested that all those in Congress and the Senate should wear clown suits. It is so appropriate for most of what they do.

Other hobbies: Hiking, camping, astronomy, shooting, hunting, and most sports (basketball, football, soccer, biking, road races, triathlons, ... you get the idea)

How long I have been a photographer:
Seriously: 3 years and counting since I got my first "serious" camera
From my Kodak 110 days: 30 years (dang, that makes me sound old)

    First "real" camera:
Nikon N80, the best investment I've made since I said "I do" to the lovely Dawn.

    How I found Photographyreview.com:
I was searching for reviews of the Nikon N80 and found PR. Started with Critique, but like the Rickster, once I found the Viewfinder I was hooked!

Date I joined PR (sometimes people's listed join date is innacurate):
    November 2001 - if I remember accurately ;-)

    Favorite forum:
    Viewfinder

    Photogatherings I have attended:
    None, YET!
But I've tried to sponsor one here!

    Favorite subjects:
    Landscape/People/Wildlife/Astrophotography/Sports/ Weddings
Sounds like I don't have a "favorite". Maybe I haven't found my niche yet...

    Current Gear:

    35mm:
    Nikon N80
    Nikon F5

    Pentax 50mm f2.0
    Pentax 50mm f1.4
    Sears(?) 80-200mm f4
    Vivitar SMS 30D Flash

    Camera I use the most:
Right now the F5 is getting the biggest workout

Why I prefer film or digital:
Again, like the Rickster, I prefer the look of film to digital but I prefer the convenience of digital to film (Rickster is so eloqent)

    What I like about Photographyreview.com:
Hands down, it's the people! This place is like an extended family. We don't always agree (politics and religion mainly), but we support each other, and help each other. I have learned so much here, I can't begin to express my gratitude to all of you!

What I am trying to accomplish with my photography:
Become the best photographer I can. I want to take photo's that come out the way I want them to, and I want them to grab the attention of others.

Photogatherings I have attended: Yosemite 2004

    Favorite subjects: Landscape/People/Wildlife/

Current Gear (Digital): Canon Digital Rebel w/Sigma 28-80 & 70-300, Speedlite 550 EX

Why I prefer film or digital: I don't have the patience for film, plus I rarely get it right in the camera the first time round so digital enables me to correct my mistakes before I go to print.

What I like about Photographyreview.com: The pictures, of course!!! Oh yes, the people too. And, the variety of subjects discussed.

What I am trying to accomplish with my photography: First, attempt to master a skill that I had never before tackled; second, to creatively represent in pictures the wonderful world around us; and 3) make some money while I'm at it.

A few of my favorite shots:

The liberal, socialist politician's nightmare: "What a comfort to the farmer to be allowed to supply his own wants before he should be liable to pay anything, and then only pay on his surplus." - Jefferson to Madison on Taxes,1784

    Re: Photographyreview: The People

    [QUOTE=walterick]

    Name:
    Steve Muntz

Meaning of handle (if it's not obvious):
Check my Moderator Page. Yeah, I know - I hate the picture too. I'll work on that...

Dorky PR club I belong to (if any):
Nikon Samurai #7. I have a Canon but it's an old rangefinder - not cool enough to get into their club...;)

    Location:
Rockford IL, about 80 miles NW of Chicago.

    Born:
1/4 mile from here. Scary, isn't it.

    Other places I've lived:
Milwaukee WI for a few years.

    Like to Retire:
    Lake Superior's north shore.

    Ethnicity:
Pretty darn white - stubborn German as they come. The other 3% lets me celebrate St. Patricks day though.

    Marriage/Family:
Wonderful wife of 8 years. We have an Alaskan Malamute and a Samoyed.

    Languages I speak:
English - some days better than others.

    Education:
Some college - actually I think I'll see John (Almo) at the class reunion.;)

    Occupation:
    Selling commercial and architectural lighting.

    Religious affiliation (if any):
    None of the above.

    Political affiliation (if any):
Well, maybe a little more Republican in theory, but in practice that's not always the case. Example: If Republicans are the conservative group, then why would we drill Alaska for more oil? Wouldn't it be smarter to use less of it? Then we could use it later if needed, rather than wasting it now (I realize "now" is actually several years away...). I'm much more socially liberal.

    Other hobbies:
Bass guitar, sea kayaking, cooking, operating lint brush (see "dogs" above...).

How long I have been a photographer:
Seriously? About the last six years. Longer than that all together, see my Moderator Page for more on that one.

    First "real" camera:
    Pentax K1000

    How I found Photographyreview.com:
Don't remember - been a long time. Just glad I found it!

Date I joined PR (sometimes people's listed join date is innacurate):
Some point in 2001 I guess.

    Favorite forum:
    Viewfinder

    Photogatherings I have attended:
Twice in Chicago. Maybe we'll have to do something in Milwaukee?

    Favorite subjects:
They're all favorite! Yes, that's a cop-out. I like shooting lots of things.

    Current Gear:
Moderator Page, add to that a Holga! Now I just need some way to scan that stuff...

    Camera I use the most:
    Fuji S2

Why I prefer film or digital:
I prefer both. Well, digital with color and real wet-process B&W.

    What I like about Photographyreview.com:
Of course it's the people - everyone is respectful of each other even in OT debates. And all of the images too...

What I am trying to accomplish with my photography:
With personal work, I try to show the world as I see it - maybe a little differently than others. With paid work, keep the client happy - and fund more personal work.

A few of my favorite pictures:
Take a trip to my website.
