As many a new poster has brought up, Canon's are just better for shooting Olympic Events, whilst Nikon is better for shooting Olympic Games.

My favorite is the one middle-left with the big Canon sticker on it - because really, how else would we know it was a Canon lens?

Don't know who the guy in the yellow cap is, but check out the setup for one of the guys in Athens shooting for Sports Illustrated, Bill Frakes:

Amongst about 50 Canons,Nikon, and a Blad and about 40 varied lenses he still finds room to stick in "2 Holgas, including a Holgaroid ". That's probably just to have something to talk to Megan about, should they meet.

That list needs to be read with the photographic equivalent Tim the Toolman grunts interspersed.

First time through it my jaw was locked in the wide oepn position, and I don't think my brain had enough spare processor cycles to come up with anything close to a grunt.

But once you get used to it, yes, grunting is about all I can do when reading it.

Of course, you see so many Canon thingy's because they're cheaper. ;-)

    Discriminating photographers shoot Nikon! :-)

I'm sure all the Nikon shooters were down on the front row, since they have such great taste.

Funny title Sean. I was wondering what in the world it could possibly be. When I saw the picture, I nearly fell on the floor laughing.
