    Tonights walk at sunset...

brought some different shots. My dog and I were restless, so went walking out in the country.

Bugger the boxer is not quite full grown yet. He's a sweetie though.

The old 1800's cabin is in our back pasture, overlooking a valley. Its nice and peaceful out here. I enjoy overlooking the valley

All shots taken Canon 10D at 800 or 1600 ISO, 50mm 1.8 lens.

It was completely dark before I got back. Fun, fun, fun!

What a cute puppy! I love the shot of the cabin. It looks like it might have been getting ready to rain. Nice shots!

Being a dog fan myself, I LOVE the puppy shot. Looks very classic in b/w. Nice job. Get a metal detector going around that old barn. You might find some old silver or gold coins!

    Thanks Kristin & Ray!

Actually I have borrowed my dad's metal detector, and have detected around there! There is also an old hand dug well nearby, that I have also checked out with a detector. I haven't found anything yet. I'd like to do some more scouting back there. From what I uderstand, the property used to be part of a cotton plantation.

Thanks! Bugger is cute, but he's in that really goofy clumsy stage.
