Your post and short message was an answer to many prayers. Welcome back Greg. Things just haven't been the same without you here on PR.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Greg!!!!!!!!!!
This is wonderful.
I guess you can tell how much people have been hoping for your recovery by the number of pages and they only cover a small part of the thoughts and prayers that have been sent your way.
Nora has been a godsend to keep us up to date and for so long the news didn't look so good.
Its just GREAT to hear from you and you are obviously a photo nut with your concern about your camera..
I haven't been around much lately but things will be not so crazy here after next week so I'll keep checking in.
I have still been praying for the McCrary family, but I haven't been online for a week because of computer problems -- this thread is one of the first places I checked -- and WOO-HOO!! WHAT GREAT NEWS!!!!

Welcome Home Greg! It's soooooooooo good to come back from a few days away and read such great great news! I'm so happy you're back. You will continue to be in my prayers for a full and fast recovery.
Thanks again for all of the support. I am amazed with this site, I love you all and check in daily. I am going to get transfered to a rehab hospital very soon. I am unsure if they will allow my laptop. I will get my wife to update you if it is not allowed.
I took a couple of steps today things are going well

Great news, and glad to see your shutter/typing fingers are working as well
Take it one day at a time and try not to get discouraged if things don't progress as fast as you'd like, we're all pulling for ya, man!
Greg is now at Shepherd's Hospital in Atlanta. It is an EXCELLENT (one of the top 10 in the country) facility. I am confident Greg will progress rapidly there. His transfer went smoothly. Greg asked me to update (he cannot use his laptop until he has a "locked" desk in his room) as he will be in and out of his room for therapy.
He is in a lot of pain and may have some nerve damage, but overall he is remarkably well for all he has been through. I am so proud of him!! I told him today he is now on 3rd base and to hang in there, home plate is in sight.....
Steps - Wonderful! We were all thankful that we were given the opportunity to help as we could. - Terry

Greg, great to hear about your recovery progress but nothing beats seeing you on the site writing and corresponding. Great to have you back!
You are blessed with wonderful friends and family around you.
Steps .. wonderful news !!
- My husband doesn't know you, except as one of the wonderful folks who encourage a beginner to learn photography, but as we always pray for you and your family,I've kept him updated, and he stopped work and got a huge smile on his face when I told him how well you were doing.

Watch out for those physical therapists......I've known a few and they can be really mean but its always for your benefit.
Thats great news GREG, just keep progressing, and you'll be back shooting in no time! or are you already annoying everyone in the hospital with a camera?
