    Wait...I've seen this one before

I just saw this on http://icanhascheezburger.com
I think I've seen this photo (minus the cheezburger speak) before.
    Isn't this from somebody here?

Re: Wait...I've seen this one before

tineye.com found 59 instances of this image, everywhere from several flickr accounts to Devinatart, com, to individual websites. My guess is that this is public domain, and has been for some time. If not.....

Yup, that looks like Loupey's photo. It will be interesting to see if he sold or licensed it or if it simply being stolen.

That's Loupey's image. You can download it as wallpaper from nat geo's site which is where it probably where whoever captioned it got it from.

I actually PM'd him earlier because the image was credited to "unknown," so I'm doubting he was aware of it being used.

    Yes!
Loupey, that's who I was thinking of but the name didn't pop into my head.
    Congrats Loupey

Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...

Re: Wait...I've seen this one before

Thanks for letting me know about this.

Medley - thank you for providing an image search site. I did a search using it and, interestingly, it did not come up with either my website or NatGeo

I'll continue to monitor for more copyright violations (I still retain all rights).

hminx - how did you see it on "TV"? As in a commercial?
