The old advice is good, wait until your subject fills the frame.
In this case, the car taking the chequered flag as it crosses the finish line isn't as good as shot as waiting until it passes the team climbing the fence to wave the car home.

I've been busy, sorry I've not been around for a few days. Great little nugget of advice Paul. The emotion of the crew is awesome; the condition of the car shows they've had to work for it.
