    Alas, crappy shot--

But I'd like to share anyway-- I tried to get a couple through the bars of the stall and the only one that came out he had his head hidden nursing. I only managed to get four shots before mamma got really ticked and proceeded to give me a very threatening glare.

Anyway, this little guy is four days old in this picture.

Couldn't see the pic while I was reading

And the first thing to pop into my head was that you were photographing someone breastfeeding in a bathroom stall somewhere. And then I got to the "mom got ticked" and I thought "why would you photograph someone breastfeeding who didn't want you to? what the heck kind of picture was this?"

Then I got to the photo and it all made sense.

I don't know...Looks more like a crappy scan than it does a crappy photo. I am willing to bet that a better scan and a little work in Photoshop might make this a decent picture. Converting it to black and white would seem to emphasize the interesting lighting that you've captured in this image. Or, perhaps you should just try reshooting it altogether from a different angle to get the picture you want. I love the subject matter, so maybe this is worth fixing or giving it another go.
