    A Wide View of the Creek

    hmm. Sort of verboten the way the shadows get so dark. I like the kid there but he's a little small in the frame. The contrast is extreme but that does add impact. It may be a bit symmetric for me, but still well composed.

    Thanks so much, and yeah actually i had to crop this because the original photo was too large for this website to host it...

    I like it, may a little dodging on the left wouldn't hurt, and I'm actually thinking that some added grain could add to the feel of it.

    This is my kinda shot. I like the perspective and overall feel of confinement of the image.
    Black and white works very well here, nice contrast. I would like to see a tighter crop, perhaps loosing most of the left and bottom under detailed areas. Very interesting and pleasing.

    i really enjoyed looking at this shot. it has a very artsy feeling to it. great b&w! the water and reflection adds to this shot. overall very nicely done.

    I am with Ed, especially on the crop. Like the shot. Was the person just there, or was he/she with you on the shoot?
