'lil help here??? :blush2:
I went to shoot the Seattle Pacific science center as it was all lit up in seahawk colors (love my Hawks!!)
An example of the result:
My wide angle lens = Sigma 18-50mm
I discovered much to my severe displeasure
that this lens was nowhere near wide enough to capture all of the towers in one shot
(There are 5 towers - only 3 shown as that was all I could crowd in)
Even in a "portrait/horizontal" frame, I could not capture all 5 from head to toe
Moving the tripod "back" from the subject is not an option
We're working with a very condensed space within the Seattle Center "fairgrounds"
There will be other situations I feel,
where I will just be mega-ticked that I do not have the correct hardware to do the job.
I'm shooting with the Canon Digi Rebel XT
I shoot for the hell of it. I'm no pro, but do enjoy the hobby.
I do not have an endless supply of funds for this hobby
(I have other hobbies which are much more expensive)
But I know and understand that the glass makes the camera.
will either of these help me get the desired capture?
If not, are there any other suggestions?
option 1, canon
option 2 sigma
Your suggestions/input are appreciated
Many thanks,
Jamie
