    Nice.

To me, and I'm no real expert, much of that photo does nothing, your subject is the sunset., I'd crop it verically, make it tall, cutting most of it out showcasing the sunset and much of that intersting forground you have.

If you're still there, take some more shots try to get the sunset's reflection on the water more so it looks like those are island on a pool of color. That would be cool. Try getting lower to the ground.

But with your permission, I'll copy the pic and crop it like I was saying and post it here so you can see why I'm saying.

It's a beautiful sunset, but I feel that too much of it gets lost in all of the reeds and such in the foreground. By all means, include some of the lake in the shot, but alot less reeds. I live in southern AZ, so I know if your still up there, you can get it again...

Nice shot, as others pointed out, a little too little in the foreground to keep it in there. Beautiful colors though.

I agree with the others on this one. I find the FG rather uninteresting and detracts from the great colors in the sky. My crop suggestion would be to turn this photo into a panoramic. I would crop the bottom off just below the last bright orange reflection, about in the middle of the photo, and crop a little bit of the sky out as well. This will put the horizon line in the middle of the photo, which is generally a no-no, but I think it works much better than the version you have now. Just my 2 cents.

Well, I think I'd have to disagree with nearly everybody. I really like this pic and find it interesting. My only crit would be that the bottom foreground is too dark. I'd actually like to see more of the clumps.

    I agree with the others

I very nice sunset. Maybe brightening the image would make the foreground a little more interesting with the additional detail -- maybe not. The other thing I noticed is that the horizon is not quite level.
