Woooooooooooooh! Cool shot! I like it a lot, but there's one thing you need to do: fix that slight distortion on the left side. Photoshop should handle that OK.

I would print it. The bigger the better with this particular shot.

Edit - Note that it may not really be distortion, but it does look like it.

Phil, do you see the 2 or 3 left most trunks tilting to the right / CW ? It looks distorted because of that, maybe due to a wide angle lens. Funny thing is that sometimes it actually isn't distortion - it could be the way the trees grew, but it just looks off. Try fixing it in PS or whatever and see how it looks

Phil, as the others have mentioned, this is a very nice shot. Truth be told though, I'm more intrigued by the other shots you linked. Where's the castle looking place? I'd love to shoot there.

    As was said, great stuff.

I would like to see the sky take a slightly different hue though - seems a bit too saturated with green, I think I'd like a more authentic light blue.

*edit - I tried an edit myself, layer masked a desaturated sky, and I prefer that tone. Personal preference maybe.

Good point. The sky does seem to err on the side of teal.

Fine work! The perspective makes this shot.

no flash used.... natural light was just hitting those leaves perfectly.

    It was around 2-3pm.

I shoot with a Canon 7D and a 17-40L lens if that matters.

Phil, if you'd like I can attempt to 'fix' the curving on the left (but like you said, this may be the way it was)
