Kodachrome strikes! This is a scan of a KR 64 slide that I just got around to scanning. It did turn out a bit blue, so I desaturated it here.

I always hesitate to post in model shot threads because they are so much better than what I could so at this point. So, first, I admire your work.
What seems odd to me is the way her left hand is shaped in the shot. And also the light just above her chin.
But the overall lighting looks good to me.

Once I got done being distracted, I couldn't help but notice the shadows on her shoulder and face look a bit odd.

Arne - Thanks, I do see what you're saying on the hand, seems that it would look better opened up more. Not sure I see what you're you are on the light around her chin though. I have another shot of her close to this; will scan and post it later.

Well N8, you may be noticing some post processing I did to fix some pretty intense grain I got on the scan. I'm not sure why it is that grainy - perhaps I don't have the scanner set up properly yet (I just installed the software). Here's a shot of what the scanner produced w/o any color corrections. I have color corrected it and it looks OK, but some highlights blew out. You can see the grain in this one, so I ran it through a degraining program and that did some serious 'smoothing' of her skin. Maybe it went too far. I could back it off a bit.

Maybe the dark blue one is a great Halloween shot?

Edit - shrinking it seems to have diminished the intensity of the grain.
