Bridge - Worth a reshoot?

I like this picture, but the white face of the bridge is very washed out. The color of the sky was kind of dull, closely matching the front of the bridge. I tried tinkering with it in photoshop, but could come up with no good alternative. As the picture is, the only think i did was add the sepia tone to it (I know my centering is a bit off too). So my question is, does the tone fit well with the picture, if the colors werent washed out and with a more interesting sky? If not what would you suggest for this type of shot. All criticisms are welcomed and appreciated, as i know im not that good at this stuff yet.
