    Thanks Speed :)

I'm not fond of being on that side of the camera. Its a rarity. and a challenge, and a learning experience, so with that I did it to learn.
My children will wonder why there is no mommy in the photo album.

I liked your balcony shot! Lets see some more of you

Todd, if I was sad, it was because I had just come back from the Fringe Festival in Orlando, and I wanted to still be there!

Actually, I only shot this picture to try to capture my "tan", no posing intended. I thought I was so dark, but this picture only showed me that it was a mixture of red skin and freckles.

I should try again, and do a "real" photo session with myself.

    Rarely do images of myself

I rarely do images of myself, but on a trip to PA resently I did setup a shot and handed the D70 to my sister-in-law and said just put the little rectangle on my nose and push this button. Here is the results.

Very simple...I duplicated the image, sized it down using the distort command and made it fit the size of the screen, moved the duplicated layer behind the original layer, then blended the duplicated layer and used a soft eraser to remove that part which interfered with my arm. I did all this twice to fill the screen inside the screen with the same effect. Just wanted to do something different, and only took but 10 minutes to do.

How about it! And has anyone else noticed that Old Timer is smiling in every photo we see of him? His avatar is the only photo that he is not smiling in!
