Okay, how many photographers are in nj who want extra work?

And you have to know how to shoot interiors for brochures and magazines and 4000 pixels? ;-) I'm about to get a ton of more business and may need to hire photographers in a few other areas - I got this gig because of cometitive prices and reliability and quality.

Here is a house I shot last night: http://bizfx.com/homes/

Very high end home owners too! e-mail me at info@fabledphotography.com if you might be interested. The company wanted to know what my region is, so I want to expand it! ;-)

I love the purple living room with the dead cow hanging on the wall.

Sorry, not in Jersey, but wow, check out the decorating. That's some bold use of color.
    I sleep, but I don't rest.

Again, NJ is a little far for me...but wow, that is one heck of a house. Bold use of colours indeed.

Hee heee hee - I have seen some odd color combos in the multi-million dollar homes! That's for sure! Outside they are gorgeous, but man, strong tastes - I know I know! I say nothing!

I believe they need coverage for NJ & Rockland County NY. At least I have an in and can get other photographers in. They are paying for 6 photos and the agents pay for the rest of the photos over that - they usually get a total of 9.

All I did to get started was to do it at a discounted price in the beginning, then after I built up my biz and portfolio of homes, I went to $25 per photo (I shoot many more than than, but they choose about 8 or 9 which they pay for) and ended up shooting over 3 homes per day! Now a real estate corporation contracted me because they don't want to risk the competition using my services! I also shoot tours and this actually gives the agents an opportunity to order the tours at a discounted rate. ;) The photos are pure profit though! Picture it - 6 photos at $25 each and doing 3 homes per day (any more than that you'll go insane, trust me, i've tried it). If you work 5 days a week you can pull in the easiest $2250 per week you'll ever make in your life!

That kind of cash should cover my commute from Wisconsin! ;)
