Okay aspiring photographers, another part of my business...

Not only do I do virtual tours, I do architectural photography ($199.99) and brochures, then e-mail them to the agents in PDF format ($79.99) for a 4-Page brochure.

Just an idea for those of you looking to make money in photography! I'd say i'm making about a thousand a week doing the tours, photography and brochures (and I sold another one of my prints! woo hoo!).

Very nice work Janie. I would thing that the upscale realtors would be knocking down your door with a product like this. Well done.

It's not just upscale realtors - with the virtual tours I do, I offer one-page brochures if they buy the package that includes photography, and since they are able to upload 9 photos plus the virtual tour to MLS here, they go for it. Besides, in this part of NJ, you really can't find a house under $300,000 (which would be a bit of a dive - which is just crazy), so people expect a lot of the realtors here - and there are a lot of discount brokers that agents need to compete with. In the long run, if the realtors can add really nice brochures and great looking photos and tours to their list of services, they will obviously need mine!

I just figured that if anyone wanted to make extra money with photography, this is an area that is often overlooked - and the spring market starts in 2 weeks, which is the busiest time of year in real estate!

    Janie- Nice piece !!

You just gave me a good idea for "horse and rider" page.

I'm thinking of a 'momento' type sheet showing the H&R in typical postures with a brief text explanation - Hmmm.......
