    Hi Natalie,
I realized a little late that you know more about flash than I do, and you're trouble was equiptment specific (i.e. new flash w/less than helpfull instructions). I have looked at you're just for fun pix and think the star girls is fun and imaginative. And should sell!

Hi Arctrius, Nice to meet you. I really think Mark is a great name.
Whats you're little trademark all about? Because of you're screen name I think of cactus, but when I look closer it looks like a hand caught some gears. Anyway I like it.

The names is a derivative of Arcturus, a star and yes, it is a hand in gears. It's an industrial safety placard.

Welcome Mark! Looking forward to seeing your work!

Arctirus, I also wondered if your name was somehow related to Arcturus. You got me thinking I had the name of the star remembered wrong

    Hey Mark -

Maybe I can help you get your first picture uploaded:

Make sure you save your picture as a .jpg. Secondly, make sure that is a size smaller than 200k. When you're ready to upload, click on the "Upload Photos" button below. Browse to find your file, hit "Upload." Once it shows you having sucessfully uploaded it, you can close the window and type your message into the text box (at least 10 characters) Then hopefully you'll be online! Write back or PM me if you have more problems.

    Regards,
    RIck

Hi Mark! Nice to meet you and you are quite welcome here! I'm sure you will feel more welcome here than anywhere else on the 'net, like the rest of us do. Have fun and keep those pics comin'!
On the 'puter frustration; I feel your pain... these things are horrible! I can't wait until they actually start making ones that work.
