Maybe I can help you get your first picture uploaded:

Make sure you save your picture as a .jpg. Secondly, make sure that is a size smaller than 200k. When you're ready to upload, click on the "Upload Photos" button below. Browse to find your file, hit "Upload." Once it shows you having sucessfully uploaded it, you can close the window and type your message into the text box (at least 10 characters) Then hopefully you'll be online!
