I am looking at buying new lighting, and everytime I look at the BH lighting section I see the Quantum Flashes.

While I would love to have a Broncolor or Profoto battery unit for on location stuff, I was curious to see how people like these units as portable light source.

I'm thinking it could be used on camera and off camera which would increase my options.

Any thoughts? My main goal in upgrading it to have consistent studio lighting that would offer the same color temperature on each flash. So Profoto or Broncolor are my choices, but in the field I wouldn't mind balancing light weight over consistent color control.
