Recovering lost work (Photoshop crashing)

I mean, even if the program crashed, the last saved version of the file should still exist. Unless, of course, you didn't save the file even once during the hour you were working on it.

Oh my, I can't even begin to imagine THAT...

I figure I save my ps work about once every twenty seconds or so. With me, every other keystroke is CTL-S!

Well Steve, I am not proud to say this but I haven't saved one single time... Oh well, I'll learn...
