    i think this is rather nice... but it's a bit hard to tell that's a lake there or ocean or. I wonder if it should have been zoomed up a notch more but then that might ruined it.

    Good John. i like the color of the front wall against the monotone and murky look of the scene in the window. might be a bit more to offer with a bird in the sky or a baot on the water, but i like what you have here already.

    I think the strength of this image is the composition.

    As Gary noted a bird or boat (baot?!?) in the window might be nice but it also might remove some of the mystery.
    No, I DON'T need that.

    I also agree another element would help and the composition carries this one. Some slightly cloudy skies would have helped as well.

    Looks like one of those modernistic Scandinavian homes! Interesting scene - simple, elegant, with a touch of ocean. Could be sharper. It might also need something else, perhaps a boat out there.
