    Toddler in autumn leaves

    What do you people think of these aside the fact that the foot is chopped off.Thanks.Piet.

    Very nice subject. The composition is OK except as you noted. I would have included a bit more of the subject in the top photo though. Also, the photos are muted and I think they would benefit from more contrast and color saturation. Also, they seem to be a bit underexposed.

    Great concepts on each. I think the first one has a great dof, however I think the color is a tad muted... must have been shady under the tree? Her face seems grey-like. Ditto for the second, aside from the hat- which is way overexposed on the top in comparison to the rest of the hat, as are her hands. Also, I would shot this more from the right, rather than centering her in the composition, and ofcourse the foot.
    Again, great subject and great job capturing a kid on film (they're tough when their toddlers they run!)
