If you were my customer, would you buy this?

I can't decide if I really really like it, or if it's terrible. Ever had one of those pictures where you knew it was making you feel something extreme, you just weren't sure what? I just can't stop look at this one, of the whole bunch I took of them. Maybe I'm just sick.

lol, I don't think your sick. I know what you mean. I have taken shots before that I really liked or felt strongly about, but was not sure if they were actually good or not, possibly because it is hard at times to be objective about our own work.
I think this is really good. I don't know as to what extent they were your "customers", but if that were me and my girl I would think it was worth paying a reasonable fee for. Sharpness, exposure and framing, dof is good. Also a nice pose to catch them in.

    sweet shot

I think it's unique and I'd pay money for it... it a fun loving shot...the only thing I'd change is the spot right between her bossom and her arms...a little too bright... pretty light

I think this is a very nice shot! Definitely know what the focus is of the picture, the color is nice and everything is nice! LOL I have a picture too that I felt the same way about as you do this one. It is a picture of leaves and I THOUGHT I had color film in my camera. Didn't, was black and white. When I saw the picture, at first, I really hated it, not to mention the shock when I was expecting the photo to be developed on a color roll, but the more I looked at it the more I liked it because even tho it was in black and white what I had been focusing on, the new leaves with a bit of sap on them, still showed up very nicely in contrast in the black and white. It is being matted and framed for me and I will pick it up tomorrow to place in my living room. It grew on me a lot as I looked at it!! It will fit in nicely in my living room with my decorations etc....sorry, the point is, just keep looking at it. You will finally figure out what it is you aren't seeing right now and it will grab you.

Heck, maybe I will scan it later and post it here.

I think what Nat said is pretty close, the over exposure on the stomach, breasts and neck detract from the shot for me as well as the squashed nose of the woman as well. Just the points that hit me first without reading anything of the other replies or yours as well.

I like the framing, being a person with Auburn hair like the guy in the photo, the other thing I found a little distracting with him, is the readness in the face and hands, is that sunburn or is he straining ??

    Hope that helps Pam.
