    Excellent !! nice soft gray tones

    Interesting contrast of the stores vs the mosque(?)

    Is it a somewhat long exposure ? the water looks a bit softened but people look ok

    Armando, I'm glad you like the grey. I would've thought that would be one complaint I would get, it's too grey. Yes, it's a an old mosque, Ottaman era.

    It's a semi-long exposure, maybe 1 second or less, the water I softened up with motion blur in Photoshop, It's a nice trick to get the harshness out of the water, but it's best applied really lightly. Thank you!

    The water is the only thing that bothers me, this would have been brilliant had the mosque been reflected in the water, but never the less its still something I would have loved to have taken.

    good call. that really adds to the picture and makes it a lot better.

    moonbeam, yeah those are people fishing. some actually set up little stalls and grill the fish right there. i had some! very fresh and delicious! thank you.
