    Flying Leap

    This fellow went from standing along the shoreline at lower right to full flight in space you see here. Quite impressive.

    really nice timing. but too much of the frame is out of focus. i'd say about 90%+ and i think that hurts the picture.

    Decent capture CF. So hard to get these !! This one is very sharpened I see. Keep shootin'. When I try shots like this my percentage of sharp ones is usually pretty low, but that's one of the advantages of digital SLRs - no cost to shoot.

    I like the way the bird pops in the picture, it really draws ones eye to it
