3 New Shots of Bender.

I just got my 70-200mm L USM lens so I decided to shoot a couple images of my puppy. Overall I am pretty happy with these shots, I have never used a lens larger than 70mm before. Zoooooooooming in is nice.

What do you think?

I like the second and the third, though both are just a tad too tight and clip parts otf the puppy. Either chop off a chunk like you mean it, or included it all. Such slight cuts only look sloppy IMO.

I personally love long lenses and the way it compresses the background, brings everything closer... Cute dog...

1st shot, good depth of Field! Goes soft *just* behind him, the ear being cut off bothers me a little...then I noticed the front paw was too, but the others are buried in the grass, so it doesn't bother me as much... cute shot.

Image #2 Like the green and red in this shot.. great focus.

My favorite is the third, nice tight shot. (doesn't matter about the ears here at all. ( In my opinion)

Sebastian after looking at the shots again I agree it looks sloppy on the first and second shots. I didnt even notice I did that till you pointed it out. Thanks

Clicker the third is my favorite too. I printed it out for my girlfriend and she has it in with her backpack so she can have her baby wherever she goes.

Now if I could only get Bender to stop licking my feet! Hhahaa.
