    Saw some fox sparrows the other day, but haven't processed those shots yet

    Nice work. The wife saw the first junco of the fall just the other day (very early in my parts). I still have never seen a white-crowned.

    Very nice job! Loupey, white crowned sparrow like hedge rows along grasslands in winter for the most part.

    Paul - I'll keep my eyes peeled. We have tons of white-throateds though. We get sightings of the WC somewhat regularly but I seem to not be able to pick them out when I arrive at the designated spots. Probably distracted by a passing raptor

    Great shots, all. My individual favorite is the bathing House Sparrow. Nice stop action. They're something to watch in the sand (dust) too.

    do a google and find the song...... easiest way to find them

    All are very nice photos but the thing that stands out the most to me is your ability to nail the focus with so many near by objects in the frame, Jeff :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
