    What's for dinner?

Thought it would be fun to start a thread of our culinary creations during these cold (for many of us) dark winter days.

I'd love to see what you all are making and eating - even if it is just a part of it.

Anyway, my night to make dinner was "creole night" with crayfish appetizer, lemon seasoned broiled fish, steamed vegetables, and red bean rice:

    What's a Loupe for anyway?

Damn those look good! I hate you Loupey.. I've been looking for a supplier of live crayfish in my area and I'm having trouble finding one.. Guess I'll have to go out and find one.

I'm not cooking tonight. We are going out for Mongolian barbecue. If I make it home before hand, I'll grab my camera.
