What's for dinner?

Thought it would be fun to start a thread of our culinary creations during these cold (for many of us) dark winter days.

I'd love to see what you all are making and eating - even if it is just a part of it.


Anyway, my night to make dinner was "creole night" with crayfish appetizer, lemon seasoned broiled fish, steamed vegetables, and red bean rice:

Damn those look good! I hate you Loupey.. I've been looking for a supplier of live crayfish in my area and I'm having trouble finding one.. Guess I'll have to go out and find one. :)

I'm not cooking tonight. We are going out for Mongolian barbecue. If I make it home before hand, I'll grab my camera.
