Thanks for the welcome.

It has taken me 1 year to replace clothing, furniture, the house, and now most of my best (Canon A1) equipment. However I have just started to build a new photo collection, of course I will never be able to replace 57 years of photos, and slides. At the time of the fire I was considering buying a good scanner and putting my photos on CD, but never got around to it. In retrospect I was pretty foolish, especially since I had plenty of room in my safety deposit box. Take notice and protect your photos, my house was only 8 years old.

When I get back from Brazil in June 2010 I should have a few photos to scan and then post.

I use FILM because this Old Man is too old to learn new tricks hahahahaha besides Real Photographers use FILM. hahahahahaha
