    Special 900 Post

Wanted something special for post 900. And little Jack was the perfect choice. Here are a couple from the weekend in Nashville.
#1 Grandma Joy and Jack share a special moment.
#2 Mom and Dad colaborate on the first bath with Aunt Sarah documenting it.
#3 Just in case you couldn't read the title of Dad's book.

    Good Stuff OT!
    Only 100 more to go!
Dad is going to need a lot more than a book to get him through the next 18 + years!
I am sure between you, your wife and the other grandparents mom and dad will do just fine though.

    Very special 900 indeed!

The photo of Joy and Jack is precious!
LOL on the baby owners manual. Mom looks like she has things under control.

    Hey OT............

How about using this one to post your ONE photo on World Photo Day??? I think it's perfect. That's only if Mom & Dad and Auntie agree. ;)

Thanks everyone for your comments. I didn't want 900 to go by without somekind of nice post. I love these two photographs they both have a very special meaning to me. I think I'm going to be able to get use to this grand parent thing.

Congrats! On the grandchild and #900

I bought that book for my cousin when she had her baby. It is VERY funny.

I think that first photo speaks more than a thousand words....you can read so many different emotions on her face. Mostly it looked as if holding this new little pumpkin was reminding her of how long ago it was that she held her own this way. It makes me think of that choldren's book...Forever and always (my baby you'll be). It's a wonderful story about a little boy that grows up and his mom's love for him and vice versa....beautiful shots

    Thanks Nat and Adina.

Joy ends every phone call and every parting with one of our children with the phrase, "Love You Forever". I didn't know there was a book by that title, I'll have to try and find it. She is very special and I'm very lucky to have her in my life.

Great shots grandpa...hehe...did you tell dad that the joy from having a baby is "hands on" and not a book!!! hehe...but I guess if you need instructions on changing or bathing him...it might be handy to have the manual around...just in case...hehe...
