Adina, I think we need to see a self portrait of you smiling. You look so somber in those photos. Not that this is a bad thing, just once in a while show us your brighter side. (says the guy who never posts any self-portraits)

Well, I guess I'll throw an attempt out to the wolves. I had to spend the afternoon cutting, hauling and stacking branches (debris from our ice storm) out by the road. Here's a shot taken with my cell phone after a couple hours of work in the cool, brisk wind!

I suck at smiley self portraits. However, I will be hooking up with some photog friends next weekend and will try and get some smiley ones.

I didn't get as close as I want, but this is from my 2nd week doing a 52 week project. I'll post the photo I took for the 1st week, which was inspired by the Window Light thread tomorrow. I'll also try and get a closer self portrait! I've been posting them to my Flickr page. Check it out if you have time!

All these are good and interesting shots.
One of these days, I'll just have to give it a serious try.
    Schrack, isn't your avatar a self portrait? ( ;- )

What happened to you? OMG, you turned gray!

You're starting to look like me!!! Lucky bastard! ;-)

    Sorry, I couldn't resist buddy! :-D

Good to see you. Now post some shots of Collette and Gus in Old Timer's Window Light thread. I'll do the same with some shots of Dawn.

Cool shot Christina! I usually detest photo's with a tilt (it's all the rage right now and so freaking overused and fadish) but it really works with this shot. Very well done!

Thanks! I was really trying to capture the railroad tracks, as it was integral to what I was aiming to portray in this photo for my project without being like everyone else! I'm glad you liked it .
