I think I'll stick the cactus shot in Critique as I want to get some particular feedback on it.

    Thanks again!
Hey, I'm a Fuji man primarily, but I do love Porta 160 NC and Kodak Gold 100. Everything else I shoot is Fuji.

Superia Xtra 400 is my everyday film, and it's what I've got in the F5 right now. I occasionally shoot Superia Xtra 800 for night shots and low light stuff. NPS is good, and I love NPH! In the slide films, Sensia 100 is great stuff, as is Provia 100, and I've been please with the couple of rolls of Provia 400 I've shot. Of course, Velvia (THE Velvia, as in 50) is the stuff of legends and legendary photographers.

    Hey Speedo

I'm with ya there on the Fuji fix. Provia is my favorite "all around" film because it handles people much better than Velvia and has better colors and grain than Sensia. I have tried either NPS or NPH, I don't remember which. I didn't like it, though I didn't shoot people with it either. I started out shooting with Kodak Gold 100 and used it almost exclusively for years. Then I kept hearing about Reala so I tried i, loved, it, and never went back. Then came the biggun, Velvia, and it's almost the only thing I shoot anymore. I still haven't tried the new Velvia 100 but the 100F stinks IMO

I wish I had shot this with Velvia because I hear the Kodak slide films have grain problems. Oh well, at least I got the capture ;)
