Thumbs up Public Question of Personal Nature for FROG

    Hey Frog,

I have been trying to get up the nerve to do this since the first time I saw one of your posts so here I go.

Is that a picture of you with the realy cool beard?? And if so are you a hippie at heart?, or do you just like to look Ernest Hemingway? or do you play Santa next month?? What ever the reason I really like it, it is like cool man.

Re: Public Question of Personal Nature for FROG

LOL.....its all me but has nothing to do with being an old hippie(though I am) nor Ernst Hemingway, nor Santa. Its just me and mostly because I see no reason to have to scrape my face every day. I actually do trim it up on occassion.
I'm just a scruffy old guy with tape on his glasses......lol

Very interesting shot, lots of stories in that kindly grandpa type face.

    Thanks for the response.

I also think that shot is wonderful. You look as kind as you have shown yourself to be. - TF

Those of you who think I'm the old grandfatherly and kindly type...my wife thinks differently when my dander gets up. I'd never make it as the grandfather in Heidi for sure...
Someday I'll do a self portrait in one of my angry moods.

I like the shot. Having met Frog earlier this year, I can say he is a laid back guy. Now that I am living down your way we need to get together and shoot again!

You're living in Black Diamond now?
I was there yesterday buying a rabbit.
I'm figuring if I don't have enough room for a real farm, I'll raise rabbits and worms.
Yes, lets get together...I've barely scratched the surface within 10 miles of my own house and there are all those farms around Enumclaw with great barns and old out buildings.

    Hey Frog,

You are in trouble now, you need to get out your red union suit.

I was surfing PR when a neighbor 's 5 y.o. daughter came over to borrow a cookie and some milk from "Grandpa Bill" (no real relation), and saw your photo on the computer screen. Guess what, "Santa, Grandpa Bill knows Santa , tell him I be GOOD, OK ?" Well Santa you have been officaly notified, Jenny is A VERY GOOD GIRL! :yesnod:

All I'll say is there are guys around here that have longer Santa beards than I.

Besides there is no such thing as Santa. Its only the Easter Bunny wearing a disguise.

Re: Public Question of Personal Nature for FROG

I am very suspicious of this photo! If anyone else on this site would have posted this picture the REAL Frog's first comment would have been, " I think you did a good job but I don't like the way the hat is cut off on three sides of the frame". So would the REAL FROG please stand up! LOL Jeff

You have me pegged, Jeff. This was taken at the end of my railroad track shoot and just for fun I kept firing the camera with the remote as I approached the camera, trying to line up my face with the lens. I ended up just kind of liking this one, just 'cuz its so silly.

    Hi Frog,

Excellent photo - I must take a photo of me at some point, too scared I would shatter the lens :-)
