Potential Photo Ops - Temecula/San Diego area

I'm heading out to Temecula next weekend for a brief holiday with my sweetie.. Just wondering if there are any spots I should take a look at with the camera?

I know we are going to be doing a wine tour(s), so I'm not sure how steady my camera will be, but regardless, it should be fun.

Any thoughts on what not to miss?

    thanks in advance,
    Cheers,
    Greg

Well, the vineyards and "downtown" Temecula are probably the most interesting.. If you drive west on Rancho Calif. Rd and go up the hill there's a nice turnout that overlooks Temecula. You should be able to spot San Jacinto, Gorgonio, etc as well. Otherwise Temecula is just some place I drive past to get to other places..

    Greg,

I'm not real familiar with the area, but I'd head over to flickr and pull up a map of the area with interesting pictures. That should give you a place to start at least.

    Here's what I found: http://www.flickr.com/map?&fLat=33.5...-117.1416&zl=7

Thanks for the ideas... I've driven through it once before enroute to San Diego and that's about it. I will see what I can explore and find.
