Photos from Wedding w/Rebel XT

Here are some of the photos from the wedding I did this weekend. I took the formals with my film camera so I don't have those yet. I had so much fun took a 1GB card full of photos. I was nervous because the Bride's Grandmother is a photographer but she was great I really enjoyed talking to and getting input from her. Let me know what you think of them.

These have beautiful colors...nice work...they looked very comfy with you. It's so nerve wracking when other family memebers are photographers...at the wedding.

Those are really great photos! The colours, and composition are awesome. How did you get that one shot with the black and white with colour on the flowers?

Thanks for the complements. I go to church with to couple so it made interacting pretty easy. I took it as a complement when Julie (the bride) said she didn't even know I was there most of the time.

For the black and white with the color flowers I used MS Photo Draw (it's all I have right now) and copied the photo on top of itself, converted the top one to gray scale and erased out the flowers to revel the colors from the color copy underneath the black and white. I hope that makes sense I guess other programs would call that using layers.
