yes it is a RUBY-THROATED hummingbird( and a MALE) ...... hard to believe huh, since it's the only INDIGINOUS hummingbird in the EASTERN HALF of the US ;) hahaha "you think you know birds? Paul knows birds"

just so you know in the future..... "pet" hummingbirds are very aproachable with patience and stealth stand very still and one may even fill the frame on that 105
