Well....about that...while setting up for the fireworks shot, my big tripod fell apart...so I had to use a tabletop tripod, so I was on one knee...but that worked out just fine.
I set up the shot and had her press the button for a 20 second exposure, then I did the writing, then rushed back through the knee deep snow and got to the camera before the photo showed up, and showed it to her from there.
Congrats to both of you. Hope she has a love for photography too, or at least a lot of tolerance and love for the photographer like my wife has for the last 37 years.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
