    Love two Flower shots

Seb, I really like that black and white shot of the tulips. Very well composed.
Mig, your lensbaby shot of the field of flowers just cost me $150.00 because I will be ordering one this week. I had never even heard of this product before you showed me yours at the zoo. Thanks for taking the time to explain it to me. Really nice photo.

    Take Care,

    3) Ya know, I really did take photos of animals other than these monkeys at the zoo (I swear!), but look at this dude's face!

A few of mine from the zoo

Got my prints back today and a few look really nice. These are just quick scans of the prints, so sorry for the crudeness and such. Not a lot of time these days!

These are really good, Joe. Very sharp, great color - guess it's worth carrying that "baby" 300mm lens around!

They're all good, but I just love that little brown monkey.

    Please post some more.

That baby gorilla shot is adorable! These are really great Joe.

    Did a little more tonight:

    1) Tiger expressing his feelings about not getting to see Rick

    2) Polar bear

    3) More lensbaby flowers (and I love that I've started people on their journey to the dark side!! Like Megan said Joe, the black tape is only a few steps away!)

    Re: A few more pics.....

I think your tigers came out great Liz, and yeah the lighting on the bears wasn't ideal, but you did a great job with it anyway.

That's in Central Park - a little garden Megan led us to. You're going to love the lensbaby Liz - sooo much fun to shoot with.

Good God! You didn't loose your time on your way home!
I especially like the first picture of this short series (you catched the "moment" and the tonalities are great) but the three hold my attention.

Street photography, that's something I should try to work.

Re: A few of mine from the zoo

Wow.......nice trip home. Typical NY! if I must say so. ;)

I like all of them - they each tell a story and leave a mystery - and some fun. That's what I love about street photography. It's about all I do now. I don't have a lot of photography time, and it gives me the most fun, especially in NY.

I'm going to NY tomorrow to see what I can find for Fleet Week.

    Great job, Danielle.......

    Re: Official NYC Gathering photos

Hey Seb, Joe, Liz, Megan & Danielle

Looks like you guys had a really great time. I am so sorry I had to bail on my own photogathering! I will hold a doozy in the southwest to make up for it, promise! I'm also glad to see a few PR members coming together and meeting for the first time!

On the homefront here it turns out that Saturday was the worst of my cold, which turned out to be a sinus infection, so I'm glad I didn't try to drive. Not pneumonia, LOL Glad I was there in spirit and in print! Thanks Megs! Looking forward to more pictures! You guys ROCK!!

    Just for you Rick!

    Rick,
We did have a good time. And if it weren't for you setting it up, we wouldn't have been there. However, we did miss you.....a lot.

The Odd Couple - these two "friends" were playing tag for quite a while, chasing each other around. It was really cute.

Oooh, the bridal party shot is just classic!

REALLY love the tulips with the lensbaby.
I might have to get me one and start shooting 35mm again. Then again, I could just get a digita.....

    Central Park no1

OldTimer: Thanks for watching and congrats for your new status of grand father!!

Rick: You were nice on print lol! I wish I had the opportunity to meet you in person. Maybe at the next gathering...

Here is one from Central Park. I guess it would have been better with someone in the frame but it still works for me.
