Sweet shot OT. I'm amazed at how sharp you managed to get that shot at 1/25!

Re: A New Window Light Thread

Here is a bump on a very old thread. A little different twist on the window light theme. I usually do the window light images with the 50mm f1.8 however here are a few with a new lens. these are done with the Nikon 24-120mm f3.5-5.6. The big difference here is this lens has the VR feature. I will admit that I had plenty of window light for these in a LJS restaurant. Still like how the lens preformed.

Thanks Lori. I think it is easy to see that Jack and Paul get those eyes from their Mom in the third photo.

That is Stephanie (pepper523 on PR) she is my oldest and the one that uses her camera the most. Don't know why I can't get the others to take more pictures. Must have been something in the way I raised them.

I was very torn on where to post this, aren't I always lol.
There's the 50mm thread, the window light thread, the cute kid thread and the BW thread. All of the above haha. Decisions, decisions...

It would have been a superb addition to any on of those threads or you could have started a whole new thread titled Gorgeous Little Girls. As always Ali you raise the bar.

    Thank you so much OT.
THAT particular shot was taken yesterday, and has gone on Nanny's Christmas Card. It will be the first time she sets eyes on that picture of Trinny because I haven't shared it with her. I thought it would be a nice suprise for her

There are some awesome pics in this thread.....Alison, your daughters beauty is enhanced by the way you use the light.

Here is one of mine...........it's better to me than it will be to you since it captured one of my daughter's "concentration" looks...

But I like it so I'll share.

Our cat, Trixie. Playing around with the new lens yesterday morning. I'll reshoot at the next opportunity as I'm not thrilled with the twitching ear, but I like everything else.
