    My Own Moon Shot

Ok just to show that I can make crappy pics as well as I can drop crappy jokes I present "My Moon". This is the last one I took. Just a few nights ago at that. And now without further adieu I bring you:

Nothing crappy about that shot, unless taken whilst "reading"!!! Sorry couldn't resist. Lovely shot.

    Re: My Own Moon Shot

I know how hard it is to shoot the moon. This is a good job.

    --- HOWEVER ---

I simply must make jokes, you started it! OK, here goes ...

on my monitor, right in the center of the pic, the black is breaking into pixelized "spots". When you look at them in relation to the moon, it looks like the moon has been shot like a bullet or a basketball and is falling down out of the sky with shrapnel behind it.

And so, if you look at the moon as if it is falling out of the sky with fragments behind it, look at the direction the moon is falling. Doesn't it look like a lone, disembodied eyeball looking down at where it's going?

    >........ sorry, it's really late here ....... ;)

(heck, if I look closely enough, I can almost see one of Matt's "Tiny Moments of Anguish" faces on that there moon, flushed, looking down at where it's about to fall out of the sky! Like it's a moon with a blushing face being chased by a swarm of gnats.)

And I have had NOTHING to drink.

You thought of all of that without the help of alcohol?! That's even more bizarre.
