    Magnolia Blossoms

    Took these today. I will be looking and taking pictures until I find a really nice blossom, Jeff

    Hi, Jeff, you can keep looking and taking pictures, BUT....
    I doubt you'll find any blossom any nicer than these.

    They are spectacular in my eyes.
    Plant a tree, help it grow. Children need something to climb.
    Critique any picture; any where; any time.

    Magnolia's are some of my favorites when they bloom in my area. Wind, cold, and climate generally seem to conspire to many time make them a short duration flower, bummer. Glad to see these. Nicely formed and still together blossoms!

    These look a bit soft or blurred, especially the last photo. Wind? Some of the other seem to need a bit of contrast or clarity boost maybe?? If you want to add any to the Spring Color 2010 post of these or others please feel free!

    I am a little jealous that you actually have magnolias.
    Such a beautiful flower.
    First, third and last are best to me because shooting them in shade brings out the richness in the color even if white isn't actually a color.

    Nice shots taken under rough conditions.
    # 1 and #3 are my favorites. .Those thing in the middle are a hoot...
    Look through a glass eye.
    Give it a few tries.
