    lunch and dinner

This is dedicated to Chunk for his long standing support of my pretty edibles...

the first an abstract of sorts...and the second---well---I like the happy little steam poof and the light.

Beautiful Nat. I din't know anyone could capture the texture of jello. The swirly tendrils of steam are perfect and the lighting and composition in that second shot are just right.

Nat's playing with food again - all is right with the world.

Just like the good old days! These are so you Nat. Very nicely done. I love the way you can take the ordinary and turn it into something special.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Those jello shots are very nice! I love how you can just 'feel' the texture of it and the colors are just grand!

    Nice shooting!

jello is the next best thing to see lit up from stained glass. Thnaks for looking. The texture was compliments of a serrated knife it makes ridges in it

I think I'm crawling out of my photographic funk...I've had some time to play around and it's helped. Nort quite achieveing as much goal wise but getting enough encouragement to keep at it...thanks for looking ;) I really appreciate it...

Sugar free jello still photographs as well as the sugarfilled stuff...I'm still having fun with food and the new warm glow of the summer sun helps to inspire thanks for your support as always---hugs to you...how's your son?

Thanks for asking. He's doing OK. His platoon lost their first guy a few weeks ago and it hit them all hard. Mike says they were kept pretty busy for a couple weeks after that. It sounds like things are getting better for them again. His brother sent a backpacker guitar over to him and he jams with a couple others who have guitars and is teaching another friend some basic guitar so I guess they keep themselves as busy as they can.
