    looking for AE-1 info

I know there is a lot of info out there about this camera, but I'm looking for something a little more specific. I'm looking for the age of MY AE-1. Does anyone know where to look for this info? About the only piece of info that I have to help me out is the serial number on top of the body. I do have two manuals that I got with the camera that have a copy write date of 1980....

Anyone know where to find this type of info?
