    Little Guy Baseball

I posted these and a couple more over on the sports board, but am posting these here just to brag. I'm very proud of my nephew who is playing on a 9-10 year old LL team this season. He is doing a great job as a standout pitcher and short stop. Here are a couple of pics one at each position. Hope you like them.

    Great action shots Old Timer!

Action shots are hard to do well, but you nailed these. That second one is especially good!

Great captures! I love the action! I don't usually check the sports forum, so glad you posted them here. Nice looking nephew you have there. ;)

Thanks Andy and also Speed and Liz for commenting. Love to shot sports all though the equipment is not the best for it. the little guys and some high school is about all that is available to me where I live. Be nice to be around a city where I could catch some pro of semi pro stuff. My nephew is very serious about his ball even at 9 and put everything into it. The evening I took the pitching image he pitched 5 innings of 1 run baseball, on 65 pitches, which isn't bad for a 9 year old. Thanks again for commenting.

OT- Nice images! Just love little kids sports. They take it so seriously!
I am sure the parents will be thrilled to see these.
The colors are tremendously vivid. Great catch... no pun intended.

Thanks Rebekah. These games start around 5:30 in the afternoon so you have about an hour of really great light shooting at high speeds at ISO 200 the colors are very nice. And your right these little fellows are very serious about their games. Just love the intensity that some of them show.
