    She's a hottie!

This one needs more DoF though...

I'm real close to adding an iguana to my zoo.. I used to raise them, but haven't had one as a pet in close to 10 years.

Keep the photos coming so I'll end up with one that much faster!

I like it.. But, you could've at least taken that loose flake of a scale off of her highness' eye before taking that shot!! C'mon, would you want someone taking a close up portrait of you with an eyebooger sitting there on your face for the world to see??? .... I could only imagine how embarrassed she'd be if she only knew...

Definitely! But I shot this handheld, and I wasn't sure I could keep it sharp shooting at f16!

I've been reading Moose Petersons Guide To Wildlife Photography, and I've been practicing what I've been reading, including shooting off-hand.

Here's another to stimulate your iguana urge...

    Grrrr...........er, ah, Hisssssss

Yes, it would have made a better portrait. But, she bites! And draws blood! She can be a real tempermental monster. So I left the loose scale right where it was.

By all means, do not let her know I posted this. She'll be unbearable if she finds out!
